Sauna Blankets

A sauna blanket is a heated sleeping bag with a controller, and its spec sheet divides into three honest questions. How hot does the maker say it gets, and in how many steps - most models in this guide list a top temperature somewhere between 167 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit, reached through a dial or digital levels. How long will it run before the timer shuts it off, because a blanket capped at 30 minutes and one capped at 60 minutes offer different sessions. And how is it built: zipper or wrap closure, waterproof interior or absorbent one, heating zones in one circuit or split upper and lower, because those construction choices decide cleaning, storage, and whether your arms stay inside or out.

Everything in this hub is judged on those published specs and on recurring owner themes about build quality, controllers, zippers, and storage - not on outcome claims, which no blanket listing can support from a spec sheet. The ten blankets below run from simple single zone budget models to layered premium builds with shielding and stone layers in their construction. Guides split the field by budget, by premium construction, and by easy care interiors, with full reviews of the top three, two head to head comparisons, and a buying guide that explains what the temperature and timer numbers actually mean in a living room.
